Rm400 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the rm400 platform. Please read it in full before registering, logging in, or using any services provided by rm400.
These terms are updated from time to time. The latest version will always be displayed on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the rm400 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use rm400's services.
The rm400 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of this service is lawful under the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. rm400 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
These terms form a binding agreement between the user and rm400. Users are responsible for ensuring they understand and comply with all provisions contained herein.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the rm400 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms. rm400 reserves the right to verify the validity of any information provided and to request supporting documents where necessary.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. All activity that occurs under a user's account is the responsibility of that user. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify rm400 immediately through the available support channels.
Rm400 will never ask for your account password via email or any other communication channel. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the rm400 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or any other illegal purposes.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical systems of the rm400 platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to another party.
- Providing false information during registration, verification, or any transaction process.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers through unauthorised means.
Rm400 reserves the right to take action against any user found to be in breach of these rules, including account suspension or closure, cancellation of bonus balances, and placing holds on transactions that are in progress.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the rm400 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name. rm400 does not accept payments from third-party accounts or via unauthorised payment methods.
Successful deposits are credited to the user's account once payment confirmation is received. Processing times vary depending on the selected payment method. For withdrawal requests, rm400 will process within the stated timeframe based on the user's chosen method, provided all identity verification requirements have been met.
Rm400 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity pending the completion of an investigation. Users may be required to provide additional information or verification documents during this process.
Any fees, taxes, or charges imposed by third-party financial service providers are the sole responsibility of the user and are not covered by rm400.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Rm400 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these terms and conditions, fraud or attempted fraud, inaccurate registration information, suspicious activity, requests from relevant authorities, or internal business decisions by rm400.
If an account is closed following a confirmed violation by rm400, the balance in that account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Users have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding financial obligations must be settled.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to open a new account without prior written consent from rm400.
6. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements on the rm400 platform are the property of rm400 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Rm400 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical failures, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties regarding accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Users access this platform at their own risk.
Third-Party Links
The rm400 platform may contain references to third-party services. rm400 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms before using those services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Rm400 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by applicable law and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with procedures established by rm400.
